Get started in AR

Choose an available property and select an AR view. Allow camera access, then move your device slowly to help it recognise your surroundings. Use a well-lit space with room to move safely.

Open a QR code or link

Scan a NovaSpace QR code with your iPhone or iPad camera, or tap a shared project link. With NovaSpace installed, supported links open the selected experience. If a link opens in Safari, follow the instructions on the page.

Content is not loading

Check your internet connection and available device storage, then reopen the project. Large 3D models can take longer to download. An AR-capable device and camera permission are required for AR views.

Tell us what happened

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the project name and the steps that led to the problem. You may attach a screenshot if helpful; avoid including personal information.
