Using the app
You do not need an account to explore available projects. The app stores downloaded content and preferences on your device. NovaSpace does not include advertising or use advertising identifiers to track you across apps and websites.
Camera and augmented reality
The camera and motion information allow ARKit to understand your surroundings and position virtual content. AR processing takes place on your device. NovaSpace does not upload your live camera feed to its content servers.
Nearby shared tours
If you choose to host or join a nearby AR tour, NovaSpace uses the local network to exchange AR collaboration data, model placement, viewing selections and the device display name with participating devices. This information helps participants see the same content in a shared space. Stop the tour to end this sharing. Use nearby tours only with people you trust.
Photos and sharing
NovaSpace requests permission to add a QR image to your photo library only when you choose to save it. It does not need access to read your photo library. When you share a link or image through another app, the selected service handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Content delivery and website requests
Project information and 3D assets are delivered using Google Firebase services. Cloudflare hosts the website and project links. These providers process network information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect their services. Their processing and retention are governed by their service policies. Support enquiries
When you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, resolve issues and manage the enquiry. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete it by contacting the address above.
Your choices
You can manage camera, local network and photo permissions in device Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to your device's backup settings. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to us.
Other services and updates
Property contact links, maps, email services and the App Store are operated by their respective providers. This policy may be updated when NovaSpace changes; the current version and date will appear on this page.
